              CYBERBULLYING

             'Cyberbullying'. What is cyberbullying is ? Cyberbullying is defined as the use of ICT deliberately to upset someone. It can be done via a number of channels :
  •  including text message
  •  mobile phone call
  •  photo or video image
  •  email
  •  instant message
  •  chat room
  •  website or video game

              Cyberbullying can involve :
  • threats or intimadation
  • harasment or ' cyberstalking '
  • defamation
  • impersonation 
  • exclusion
  • identity theft 
  • unauthorised publication of private information or images

          What are the cause of cyber bullying ? 
  • eople will just start making fun of people calling them names because of their pesonal feelings about someone or something. 
  • they might see something on the internet that they feel they should make fun of
  • maybe they want to start something or they act like their tough so they feel like they can freak you out a little.

                 
                 Just as cyberbullying can have an extremely negative impact , it can be very harmful for kids, teenagers, students and many more. Here are some of the bad effects :

  • can undermining your confidence, self - esteem and sense of security.
  • affecting your performance and attendance at school. 
  • causing stress and affecting your health.
  • affecting your professional reputation and career.
  • marginalising certain groups. 
  • fuelling prejudices in areas such as race, religion and sexuality. 
  • leading to suiciding thoughts.
  • affecting you for the rest of your life.
         As for me the cyberbullyer is a very unmatured person. Is that they cannot think properly before they take a very an unintelligent decision to bullying people, although trough a cyber. Try to imagine if once of the people they love also had a cyberbullying. Hence, do a good think with the ICT.

    BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE 



          'Beauty'. Beauty a word that can not be separated from human. All people either man or woman, also admire the beauty. We can look a lot of things in this world so perfect which are our God created it so perfectly. Included human, animals and plants also with living things and non- living things. All things are make up with different ways of style and these are the speciality of beauty.


            This article tell us about the beauty of human. Different people have different beauties. Beautiful is very subjective actually. The beauty of somebody is different from sight view of different people. It is true that all people love to be a beautiful person but for them what is beautiful exactly ? Most people judge beauty based on the face, body shape and wealth not the inner beauty. Sometimes, a beautiful person do not have a beautiful manners. Nowadays, majority beautiful person have bad attitude and character. Maybe because they thought that they are so beautiful so they can do whatever they want.


             Many people enjoy to watch a beautiful things such as beautiful women, cars, houses and so on. Like on the television right now, Miss Universe contest really admires by many women especially. They will compare their self with the beauty of the pageants. This will make they feel that they do not beautiful enough and try to upgrade them self. Hence, many off them failed to finish the process they take and turn them to ugly. This because sometimes they go to unprofessional dermatologist or surgeon or maybe they use dangerous beauty products for their body.


             Why not we just be a grateful person. Love with what you had already. Thanks to God for the eyes, mouth, ears, hands, legs and others. All people in this world are the best creation from God. All people are beautiful actually, but we differentiate the beauty differently. Theren is no need to compare our beauty with all the models or artists. Sometimes their beauty is all fakes. Many models or artists went for plastic surgery, botox injection and so on. So the beauty they have are not the original beauty and cost lot of money. Why should we spend our money for waste things. You can save your money for more important things and urgent.


              Hence, we can think what is the best beauty mean is. It has a lot of meanings and different with different peoples. To feel the real beauty we shall have high confidence in our own self. No need to feel embrassing with what we have. Always be happy and live happily with what God gave to us because ourself is very precious.

            Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you ? Losing sleep worrying about tests and assignments ? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy ? You're not alone. Everyone experiences stress at times, adults, teens and even kids. But there are ways to minimize stress and manage the stress that's unavoidable.

            What is stress ? Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a though situation with focus, strength, stamina and hightened alertness. The events that provoke stress are called stressors, and they cover a whole range of situations, everything from outright physical danger to making a class presentation or taking a semester's worth of your toughest subject. This natural reaction is known as the stress response. Working properly, the body's stress response enhances a person's ability to perform well under pressure. But the stress response can also cause problems when it overreacts or fails to turn off and reset itself properly.

            The stress response also called the fight or flight response is critical during emergency situations such as when a driver has to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident. It can also be activated in a milder form at a time when the pressure's on but there's no actual danger, like stepping up to take the foul shot that could win the game, getting ready to go to a big dance or sitting down for a final exam. A little of this stress can help keep you on your toes, ready to rise to a challenge and the nervous system quickly returns to its normal state, standing by to respond again when needed. So there are two type of stress that are good stress and bad stress.

            What causes stress overload ? Although just enough stress can be a good thing, stress overload is different story. Too much stress isn't good for anyone. For example, feeling a little stress about a test that's coming up can motivate you to study hard but stressing out too much over the test can make it hard to concentrate on the material yo need to learn.Some people have an anxiety problems that can cause them to overreact to stress, making even small difficulties seem like crises. If a person frequently feels tense, upset, worried or stressed it maybe a sign of anxiety. Anxiety problems usually need attention and many people turn to professional counselors for help in overcoming them.

            Sign of stress overload. People who are experiencing stress overload may notice some signs. Everyone experiences stress a little differently. Some people become angry and act out their stress or take it out on others. Some people internalize it and develop eating disorders or substance abuse problems and some     people who have a chronic illness may find that the symptoms of their illness flare up under an overload of stress. Always keep stress under control and build up your resilience.

              This article tell us a lot of info about stress that usually people faced. There are also two types of stress that are good stress and bad stress. Now I know about this. In this article also tell us what are the causes of stress to be overload and there are actually a lot of causes that can be the caused stress to overload such as being bullied or exposed to violence or injury, relationship stress, ongoing problems with homework to a learning disability and crammed schedules.

               Besides, we can now about signs of stress. So many signs that can show either the someone around us is trapped with a stress or not. First sign is anxiety or panic attacks, a feeling of being constantly pressured, hassled and hurried. Second, irritability and moodiness. Then, physical  symptoms such as stomach problems, headaches or even chest pain. Allergic reactions such as eczema or asthma. Problems sleeping. Moreover drinking too much, smoking, overeating or doing drugs and lastly sadness or depression.

              From this article also had advise us too keep stress under control. There some things that can help keep stress under control like solve the little problems. Then, watch what you're thinking. After that, treat your body well so learn to relax. Moreover, get a good night's sleep. Therefore. be realistic and last but not least take a stand against over scheduling.

              To adapt with the stress, there are some suggestion that can be practice. First think of change as a challenging and normal part of life. Second, see setbacks and problems as temporary and solvable. Then, believe that you will succeed if you keep working toward your goals. Moreover, take action to solve problems that crop up.and lastly build strong relationships and keep commitments to family and friends. All of these suggestions are always been my practising if I faced with stress or problems.

               Actually all things in this world happened with two reasons good and bad. It humans that will make it a good one or a bad one. Thus, with this type of article maybe can help if not all people just only some are enough to prevent from bad things to happened such as suicide which nowadays an easier way for people to solve their problems.

Informal Letter For Depression People

       Dear Suzy,

      How are you now ? I hope you always happy besides all your beloved family members. I'm here also happy with my life as a university student. Although sometimes busy with all the assignments and non-stop homework given by the lecturers, but I try to finish it.

      Is that true, I heard that you face with so many problems until you decide to a suicide ? I don't know is that true or not but I hope it just a news. I'm just weird why you so depressed until you can think to make a suicide. Right know you just a secondary school student and not yet facing with more complicated problems. How about if you was accepted to be a university student, can you imagine yourself than ? So here, I as a friend and like a sister for you, would like to help you to solve this problem together and avoiding you from always think bad and getting depressed.

        I think you must keep your depress under control. What can you do to deal with depress overload or better yet to avoid it in the first place ? The most helpful method of dealing with depress is learning how to manage the depression that comes along with any new challenge, good or bad. Depression-management skills work best when they're used regularly, not just when the depress'son. Knowing how to "de-depress" and doing it when things are relatively calm can help you get through challenging circumstances that may arise.

        Here are some things that can help keep depress under control, take a stand against over scheduling. If you're feeling stretched, consider cutting out an activity or two, opting for just the ones that are most important to you. Secondly, be realistic. Don't try to be perfect, no one is. Expecting others to be perfect can add to your depress level, too. If you need help on something like school work, ask for it. Besides, get a good night's sleep. Getting enough sleep helps keep your body and mind in top shape, making your better equipped to deal with any negative depressors. If you stay up late and still need to get up early for school, you may not get all the hours of sleep you need.

        Therefore, learn to relax. You can help trigger the relaxation response by learning simple breathing exercise and then using them when you're caught up in depression situations. Other that, treat your body well. Experts agree that getting regular exercise helps people manage depression. Then, watch what you're thinking. Your outlook, attitude and thoughts influence the way you see things. Lastly, solve the little problems. Learning to solve everyday problems can give you a sense of control. Develop skills to calmly look at a problem, figure out options and take some action toward a solution.

        I think till here my advice and hopes you can apply it in everyday life. Always remember that Allah is there for you and you're not alone. Until we meet again another time. Bye..

Coming from a surgeon friend of mine, 'a person does not become a doctor, because the pay is good. Rather, passions, curiosity of the human anatomy and a sheer drive to cure, are a combination of reasons as to why a person becomes a doctors. One cannot become a doctor of medicine to earn money…'. Rightfully so, several doctors would certainly annoyed and some sensitive ones would be furious if their payday is discussed. The income of a doctor depends upon who he or she is treating with his skill, a long built reputation out of sheer hard work and the field in which he or she operates.

On the whole, there is no, one specific discipline within the field of medicine where doctors tend to earn more. However based on some demographic analysis, statistics, surveys and studies, by organizations such as Merritt Hawkins & Associates, Forbes and even some government departments, practitioners from some specific disciples of medicine which tend to earn more than the others are discussed here. As mentioned above there are no specific parameters which would point out the reason of high income. Here are some types of doctors and their salaries, income levels and brackets and levels.

1. Orthopedic Surgeons
Now on the whole, surgeons tend to earn more than physicians or doctors who do not practice surgery. This is obviously as a result of their immense knowledge and skill. Reportedly, orthopedic surgeon earn about $409,405 annually. The reason that these surgeons tend to be in such a high demand is that the occurrence of musculoskeletal ailments, is quite frequent. Think about the number of injuries, fractures and physical injuries for example, that take place every day.

2. Anesthesiologists
Administration of anesthesia, pre-procedural and pre-surgery medication is the main job and anesthesiologist. 4. General Surgeon
A very, very critical branch of medicine, general surgery is a very versatile profession and discipline where surgeons operate within a huge scope, that ranges from minor skin based surgeries, amputations, abdominal surgery, etc. General surgeons are often the tier one surgeons for emergency surgeries. On the whole these surgeons chiefly tend to operate on torso. The versatility of their skill and knowledge as well as practical application of vast knowledge in any kind of situation, have earned these surgeons a deep respect of medical probationers. General surgeons tend to earn about $302,649 - $348,000 annually.

5. Neurosurgeons
The 'delta force' of medical practitioners, neurosurgeons specialize in the operations and treatment of the brain and the nervous system. Such surgeons tend to have a deep knowledge of the brain and the nervous system. The very sensitive nature of the surgery requires immense skills from the surgeon. On an average neurosurgeons earn way over $400,000 annually, and reportedly, on an average they earn about $100 per hour.

As my ambition want to be a surgeon, so this trigger me to know more about the medicine field. Nowadays, we know that a doctor gained a really high salary if compared to the other career but did we know that it was not easy to get chance to evolve in medicine world. If somebody already joined the doctor's world they must prepared mentally and physically. If just thought about the highly paid salary this would let them to can't bear the pressured that against them. For whose that had an ambition to be a doctor they must had highly passion and curiosity in human anatomy and  always thought about the cure to treat so many diseases this lately. There were different total paid salary for a doctor based on their treating skills, built reputation and field that they involved with. I hope our country would produce many talented doctors in all type of fields and can competed the talent of doctors from the other country, so am I. 

Glee Drama Review

After watched the Glee drama, there were a lot of  question mark played around in my head. The story was exactly like High School Musical but of course there a different right ?? This story was actually about the friendship of students in this one class. One day, their teacher offered the sing competition. The winner would got the free coupon for dinner at Breadstick Restaurant ( maybe a very popular restaurant at their town ). Hence, they do many things as to win the coupon. I though the drama was interesting but it upsetting me a little bit. I doesn't know why mostly of my friends love this drama. Can't be denied that this drama still had it own moral value, but in my opinion the bad value existing in this drama  cut out the good moral value. I can saw that this drama try to show the friendship of high school students but the message was drowned by the 18 years old and above scene which was not good for children watching. This scene had high probability to attract the children to follow what were they saw. Thus, if there a lot more of this such type drama were produce it would let to decrease the good behaviour of human When this happened it would brought to many bad things to occur such as bullying, gangsterism and prostitution.
